The Management Development Programme (MDP) of NRSP-Institute of Rural Management is a renowned training programme in Pakistan, which attempts to help people at senior and mid-professional levels in broadening their understanding and improving their skills. It prepares them to face emerging challenges. Interacting with experienced faculty and fellow participants provides new insights and helps crystallize concepts. MDP also focuses on ethics and value-based management.
