Training
Needs Assessment:
IRM conducted a
comprehensive Training Needs Assessment (TNA) exercise for
the middle and senior management staff of RSPs, from
November 7th to 18th, 2006, with 96 respondents. The TNA
included all the RSPs; National Rural Support Programme (NRSP),
Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), Punjab Rural
Support Programme (PRSP), Balochistan Rural Support
Programme (BRSP), Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP),
Sindh Rurual Support Organization (SRSO), Thardeep Rurual
Support Programme (TRDP), Ghazi Barotha Taraqiati Idara (GBTI)
and Sindh Graduate Association (SGA), functioning in
Pakistan, Northern Areas and Azad Kashmir.
