Introduction

Over the last 15 years, Institute of Rural Management (IRM) has been catering to the training needs of Rural Support Programmes (RSPs), public and private sector organizations, NGOs and INGOs in Pakistan, Central Asia and the SAARC countries. IRM has portfolio of over 300 types of training courses which are developed after thorough research and refined through the constant input of experts. The objective is to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our clients and expose them to cutting edge content, methodologies and techniques being used in the field.

Management Development Programme of Institute of Rural Management has been instrumental in conducting high end training like Training of Trainers (ToT). Infact ToT is the salient feature of MDP. It is a ten-day training workshop, specifically designed for the professionals involved in design, organization and delivery of training.

ToT is a training endeavor of NRSP-IRM with the objective to create a team of professionals capable of designing, developing and delivering training programme. The pre-requisite for ToT is the fervent and active participation of the participants, encouraging a two way flow of information which makes ToT more interactive. This very feature of Training of Trainers is considered its hallmark, which differentiates it from other training.
