Akhter Hameed Khan Section:

All books, reports and articles written by this great scholar are the part of AHK section.  Our acquisition section is in contact with national and international publication agencies working on Akhter Hameed Khan’s work in participatory and rural development sector.

Shoaib Sultan Khan Section:

A collection of 1500 plus office folders containing thousand of important documents including letters, faxes, emails, reports and Note for Records (NFRs) that capture Shoaib Sultan’s observations during field visits are the part of this collection.  We at AHKRC Library are working to digitize and make this collection available on internet. 

Services: Circulation
AHKRC Library is a lending library.  All employees of IRM, NRSP, IRM, RSPN and HRDN are our members.  Library material can be borrowed during office hours and can be retained for a period of fifteen days.

Reference Service
As this is a special subject library having material on rural development, participatory development, poverty alleviation, human resource development, etc, our library professionals provide reference service to the library members and researchers with library reference tools.

Current Awareness Service (CAS)
We keep our users updated with current news through emails. We also update them about new arrivals of books, new magazines and journals.

Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI)
Selective material according to interest of reader is provided on regular basis through email address.  This service is provided to researchers only.
