| Internships come in all shapes and sizes. Every year NRSP-Institute of Rural Management, offers summer internship to highly motivated students from renowned colleges & universities across Pakistan.

Objectives
- To provide the discipline and culture of the organization
- To provide practical experience while applying theoretical knowledge
- To provide knowledgeable about specific work functions
- To provide career-related skills

| About the Programme
The Programme introduces interns to have real responsibility, real work, and real opportunities to jumpstart their career. It’s an experience they’ll never find in a classroom. They are given manageable assignments that they can complete while they’re here, and their efforts will likely take shape in N-IRM products; or be used by N-IRM teams-long after they return to school. The possibilities are endless.
Our summer interns do research projects in various sectors of developments field e.g. social sector services, education, social mobilization, natural resource management, HRD, gender mainstreaming etc. They will be evaluated by their supervisors on the basis of their final report, presentation and defense of report.
